摘　　要：为保护甘肃省静原鸡种质资源和遗传多样性,研究其肉用价值,本试验对静原鸡的屠宰性能进行了测定。结果表明,静原鸡180日龄公鸡平均宰前重为2.85 kg,母鸡2.22 kg,差异显著(P<0.01)。180日龄母鸡的腹脂率高于公鸡,而宰前重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重、屠宰率、全净膛率、腿肌率等性状公鸡优于母鸡,差异均达显著水平(P<0.01)。总之,静原鸡具有较好肉用性能,有较大开发价值和发展前景。In order to protect the germplasm resources and genetic diversity of Jingyuan chicken in Gansu Province,and study its meat value,this experiment measured the slaughter performance of Jingyuan chicken.The result showed that the average weight of cocks and hens aged 180 days was 2.85 kg and 2.22 kg,respectively(P<0.01).The abdominal fat rate of hens was higher than that of cocks,but the slaughter weight,half-eviscerated weight,eviscerated weight,breast muscle weight,leg muscle weight,dressed percentage,the rate of eviscerated yield and leg muscle of cocks were higher than that of hens(P<0.01).Therefore,Jingyuan chicken has the better meat performance and great development value and prospect.
