猪喘气病和猪圆环病毒病继发副猪嗜血杆菌感染的诊治

摘　　要：宁夏银川市一育肥猪场发生了一起主要临床症状为咳嗽、食欲减退或废绝,部分病猪体温升高、后期腹式呼吸或呼吸困难、部分病猪跛行或两后肢不能站立,有较高死亡率的传染病。结合流行病学调查、临床症状、病例剖检和实验室检验,确诊该病为猪喘气病和猪圆环病毒病继发副猪嗜血杆菌感染。通过采取饲料中拌泰万菌素预混剂、饮水中加入黄芪多糖粉剂、对患病猪及食欲减退的仔猪肌肉注射头孢噻呋和替米考星防治、加强饲养管理、隔离淘汰病猪、彻底消毒灭源等综合防治措施,本次疫情得到了有效控制,取得了良好效果。An infectious disease has broken out in a fattening pig farm in Yinchuan city of Ningxia.One of the main clinical symptoms was cough,loss of appetite or abandonment.Some sick pigs had elevated body temperature,late abdominal breathing or dyspnea.Some sick pigs were limping or unable to stand on two hind legs,and there were high mortality rate.Combined with the epidemiological investigation,clinical symptoms,case autopsy and laboratory test,the disease was confirmed as the hemophilus parasitae infection in pig enteritis disease and porcine circovirus disease.Through adopting the comprehensive control measures,such as mixing enrofloxacin and acetylisovaleryltylosin tartrate in the feed,adding astragalus polysaccharide powder medicine in the drinking water,and intramusculally injecting cefuroxifuran and telmicox into sick pigs and piglets with anorexia,strengthening the breeding management,isolating and eliminating sick pigs,thoroughly sterilizing the source,and harmless treatment of sick and dead pigs,finally we has effectively controlled the epidemic situation and achieved good results.
