摘  要:熔融挤出混合法是目前粉末涂料的常用制造方式,该法生产的粉末涂料质量稳定,各组分分散均匀,但此方法存在清洗维修复杂、改换涂料品种与颜色繁琐等缺点。针对以上问题,本研究采用超细环氧树脂粉末与超细粉煤灰为主要原料,水为分散介质,并添加一定量的助剂制备水分散超细粉煤灰基涂料,通过FT-IR、SEM、XRD等分析手段对原料及固化涂层进行分析。研究结果表明:当固化剂添加量为4%、超细粉煤灰掺量为42%时,涂层性能如附着力、硬度、耐冲击性等均符合HG/T 2006-2006标准要求,各分析手段表明涂层固化交联良好,且与底板粘结紧密。The melt extrusion mixing method is a commonly used manufacturing process of powder coatings at present. The powder coatings produced by this method are stable in quality and the components are evenly dispersed. However,this method has the disadvantages of complicated cleaning and maintenance,and tedious and difficult when changing the coatings types and colors. In view of the above problems,this study used ultra-fine epoxy powder and ultra-fine fly ash as the main raw materials,and water as the dispersion medium,with a certain amount of additives to prepare the water-dispersed ultrafine fly ash-based coatings. FT-IR,SEM,XRD and other analytical instrument was used to analyze the raw materials and cured coatings. The results showed that when the curing agent was added at 4% and the fly ash at 42%,the coatings properties such as adhesion,hardness,and impact resistance could be compliance with the requirements of the HG/T 2006-2006 standard. It indicated that the coatings has been fully cured,and adheres tightly to the substrate.
