摘 要:介绍了水包砂多彩涂料的制备工艺流程,对保护胶的用量和种类、纤维素醚用量和种类、不同类型的乳液、防沉剂的种类进行平行实验。实验结果表明:选用S482为保护胶,涂料的耐水白性和稳定性好;分散相中疏水改性纤维素醚HE-10K用量为0.4%~0.6%、250HBR用量为0.2%~0.6%,连续相中4%S-482保护胶溶液用量为25%、HY-1黄原胶用量为0.025%、TX-100乳液用量为3%~5%、RS-3799乳液用量为12%~15%时,所制的水包砂多彩涂料具有强度适中、抗渗色性强、耐水白性好、贮存稳定性好的特点。This study described the preparation process of sand-in-water multicolor coatings,and conducted comparative experiments on the amount and type of protective glue,and cellulose ether,and the types of different latex and anti-settling agents. The experimental results showed that use of S-482 as a protective glue resulted in good water resistance and stability. When the hydrophobically modified cellulose ether HE-10 K was 0. 4%-0. 6% and250 HBR was 0. 2%-0. 6%;in the continuous phase,the latex containing 4% S-482 protective glue was 25%,and HY-1 xanthan glue was 0. 025%,TX-100 latex was 3%-5%,and RS-3799 latex was 12%-15% in the dispersed phase,the prepared sand-in-water multicolor paint showed moderate strength,strong anti-bleeding,good whitening resistance,and storage stability.
