我国对“一带一路”沿线国家出口态势浅析

摘　　要："一带一路"倡议的实施不仅改善了外部发展环境,更是成为新常态下外贸提质增效的战略支撑。笔者基于我国对"一带一路"沿线国家的出口数据分析,揭示三大态势:一是初级产品与工业制成品出口双增长,但制成品出口中沿线国家所占份额趋于稳定,而初级产品出口中沿线国家占比不断上升;二是工业制成品中劳动密集型产品出口下滑而高新技术产品出口增势明显;三是对东盟出口中间品与进口最终消费品保持较快增长。进一步分析表明,上述三大态势缘自"一带一路"背景下我国对外直接投资的发展、经济增长方式的转型以及东亚分工体系的调整。The implementation of the Belt and Road initiative has not only improved the external development environment, but also become a strategic support for improving foreign trade quality and efficiency under the new normal. Based on the data analysis of China’s export to the countries along the Belt and Road, the author reveals three major trends: first, the exports of primary products and industrial manufactured goods both have increased, but the share of the countries along the Belt and Road in the exports of manufactured goods has been stabilized, while the share of the countries along the Belt and Road in the exports of primary products has been rising;second, the exports of labor-intensive products in industrial manufactured goods has declined while the exports of high-tech products has increased significantly;third, the intermediate goods exported to ASEAN and final consumer goods imported from ASEAN have maintained a rapid growth. Further analysis shows that the above three trends stem from the development of China’s foreign direct investment, the transformation of the economic growth mode, and the adjustment of the division of labor system in East Asia under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative.
