摘  要:以某型轮式车辆为对象,为回收悬挂振动能量,设计了齿轮齿条式电磁作动器(Electric Actuator,EA),并建立相应的1/4车悬挂动力学模型。利用结构振动分析方法,推导了考虑惯性质量的悬挂性能指标传递特性计算公式。通过改变惯性质量大小,分析其对悬挂幅频特性的影响。基于三角冲击激励及随机激励,分析惯性力对悬挂振动特性的影响。结果表明:惯性质量的引入会使车身及车轮共振点提前,两共振点以前频段内处于恶化状态,且在高频段恶化更明显,而在两共振点后的频段内对悬挂性能有一定改善作用;三角冲击及随机激励下,惯性质量会引起振动特性曲线的振荡,相位存在滞后,且随时间累加,恶化悬挂性能。Some wheel type of vehicle is taken as object for the purpose of regenerating vibration energy of suspension,while a gear rack type of Electric Actuator(EA)is designed and a relative quarter vehicle suspension dynamic model is built at the same time.The calculation formula of suspension performance indexes transmit character is deduced,which considers the inertia mass through the application of the method of structure vibration analysis.The influence of inertia force on the suspension amplitude-frequency feature is analyzed though changing the inertia mass,and the influence on suspension vibration character is analyzed based on triangle shock stimulation and random stimulation The result indicates that the introduce of inertia mass make two resonance point of vehicle body and tire ahead of schedule,worsen vibration character during the frequency area before two resonance point,which is more obvious in high frequency section,while it makes some improvements of suspension performance during the frequency section after two resonance point.Under the stimulation of triangle shock and random stimulation,inertia mass will cause oscillation of vibration character curve,phase will lag and accumulate along with time,worsen suspension performance.
