摘 要:随着制造业对冲压工件要求的不断提高,冲压加工及机床设计也逐渐趋于向微小化、高精度方向发展,如罐体制造、电子元器件及医疗器械微小器件精密成型制造。因此精密冲压机床及其精密动压轴承部件的设计研发,是我国精密成型压力加工和微小零件成型制造领域取得不断突破和发展的关键条件。针对精密冲压机精度设计研究,从跨尺度设计分析的角度分为三个尺度,即机床整体尺度影响、冲压机主传动轴承部件尺度及其运动精度、和冲压零件的加工精度尺度。进一步主要介绍在多尺度设计分析方法指导下,精密动压轴承部件系统主要参数关系的优化设计,运动精度,承载能力,动态温度特性,和精密冲压机整体冲压精度的设计并采用多目标参数优化的方式来实现措施与设计分析过程。With the manufacturing industry demands for high quality in stamping parts,the design of stamping and machine tool also tend to small and high precision,such as productions of easy can,electron component and medical macro equipment.For this reason design and development of precision punching machines and the associated hydrodynamic bearing systems are essentially important for Chinese industry to engage and progress high precision forming and micro manufacturing in China,as the machines and hydrodynamic bearings are the key enabling technologies.We focus on an innovative multiscale design and analysis methodology is presented for design of high precision punching machines and their hydrodynamic bearing systems,where the design and analysis in macro,meso and micro scales are undertaken on the machine,bearing system and the machine/bearing dynamic precision against the stamping and punching processes and stringent requirement in stamping and punching accuracy.Furthermore,adopted multi-objective parameter optimization method to in-depth analysis is provided particularly on optimal design and dynamic performance(e.g.motion accuracy,loading capacity and thermal characteristics)of the bearing system and its contribution to stamping accuracy of the machine.As a whole,The design and analysis methodology is expected to be further developed and validated as an industrial-feasible design approach for developing next generation of high precision punching machines.
