摘　　要：针对制造业设备状态监管不实时的问题,采用物联网等新一代信息技术,研究具有智能感知、智能识别和智能终端功能的设备状态监管系统,并给出物联网技术在系统中的应用方案。结合制造业的设备状态监管业务现状,构建基于物联网+APP的设备状态监管模型和数据挖掘模型,设计信息系统功能模块,开发设备状态监管系统。测试结果表明:该系统实现了生产设备智能化管理,达到了智能移动终端与设备状态监管系统协同管理功能,提高了设备状态信息实时性与准确性,对提升设备综合效能具有重要意义。Equipment condition monitoring system with intelligent perception,intelligent identification and intelligent terminal function was studied aiming at solving the problem of not real-time manufacturing equipment condition monitoring based on new generation of information technology,such as internet of things.The technology application program of internet of things was given.Equipment condition monitoring model and data mining model was established by using internet of things+APP,information system function module was designed and equipment condition monitoring system was developed combined with the status of the equipment industry regulatory business Eventually,though the result show that the system realized intelligent management of production equipment,realized the collaborative management functions of intelligent mobile terminal and Equipment condition monitoring system,and improved the real-time and accuracy of equipment information.It is important to improve the comprehensive efficiency of equipment.
