摘　　要：目的加强对儿童新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)的认识,防止误诊并为早期诊治提供参考.方法回顾性分析2020年1月23日0:00~2020年2月13日12:00在山东大学附属济南市传染病医院隔离治疗的儿童新冠肺炎患者,探讨其临床特征.结果共有10例儿童新冠肺炎患者纳入研究,其中男3例、女7例;中位年龄4岁,平均4.9岁;这10例患者中轻型病例3例,普通型病例7例.从发病到确诊时间为0~20 d.临床表现中发热常为首发症状,部分患者无任何症状,实验室检查白细胞计数正常或降低,淋巴细胞计数正常、升高和降低都可出现.胸部CT提示支气管炎CT表现2例,肺炎CT表现7例,未见明显异常1例.结论济南市儿童新冠肺炎以普通型病例为主,发热常为首发症状,部分患者无临床症状.临床医师应加强识别,避免误诊及疾病恶化.Objective To enhance the understanding of novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)in children,to provide reference for the early diagnosis and treatment and to prevent misdiagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed to review the clinical characteristics of children diagnosed with NCP treated at Jinan Infectious Diseases Hospital,Shandong University during 00:00,Jan.23 and 12:00,Feb.13,2020.Results A total of 10 cases were involved,including 3 boys and 7 girls,median age 4 years,average 4.9 years.Of the 10 cases,3 were mild and 7 were ordinary.The time from onset to diagnosis was 0-20 days.Fever was the initial symptom,and some patients had no symptoms.Laboratory tests showed normal/decreased white blood cell count,and normal/increased/decreased lymphocyte count.Chest CT showed bronchitis in 2 cases,pneumonia in 7 cases,and no obvious abnormality in 1 case.Conclusion NCP in children in Jinan is mainly ordinary type,fever is the initial symptom,and some patients have no clinical symptoms.NCP should be distinguished from other diseases to avoid misdiagnosis and disease progression.
