摘 要:通过点击组装技术在铜表面原位组装形成一种三氮唑(TTC)缓蚀膜,并对其性能进行表征。结果表明,该组装膜对模拟工业冷却水体系中的铜有优异的缓蚀性能,同时具有良好的荧光特性。随着腐蚀时间的延长,铜表面膜遭到破坏,其缓蚀性能和荧光强度呈逐步下降趋势。通过二次组装预膜可对已破裂的缓蚀膜进行修复,恢复其保护作用和荧光特性。点击组装膜的缓蚀性能和荧光性能具有相同的变化规律,两者具有一定的相关性,可用荧光分析方法对铜换热器管表面缓蚀膜的保护性能进行评价,从而为工业循环冷却水体系水处理缓蚀组装膜的实时监测和系统二次预膜提供基础。A triazole(1-(p-tolylthio)-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid,TTC)film is formed on the Cu surface via in-situ click-assembling technique,and its performance is analyzed.The results show that the click-assembling film exhibits superior inhibition performance for copper in simulated industrial cooling water system.Meanwhile,it also has good fluorescence emission.With the extension of corrosion time,its inhibition and fluorescence performances gradually decline,owing to the film damage on the copper surface.The damaged film can be repaired by re-assembling TTC film on the copper surface.The inhibition and fluorescence performances of the click-assembling film show a si-milar variation tendency.A correlation exists between the inhibition and fluorescence performances.The protective performance of the assembled film on the copper heat-exchanger can be evaluated via the fluorescence analysis.It pro-vides a basis for real-time monitoring of the assembled inhibition film and the film reassembly in the industrial cooling water system.
