摘 要:取环氧树脂生产废水及城镇污水生化池中的活性污泥进行驯化,筛选出3株能在高盐度环境中生长良好的耐盐菌,并进行分子生物学鉴定,考察其生长曲线及降解特性。结果表明,3株耐盐菌株分别为X1产碱菌(Alcaligenes)、X2假单胞菌(Pseudomonas)、X3芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)。将该组合菌用于Fenton预处理后盐度为5%~8%的废水处理,3株耐盐菌株最佳投配比为V(X1)∶V(X2)∶V(X3)=2∶2∶3,最佳投加量为10%,pH为7,37℃条件下摇床反应时间24 h,COD去除率较高。Three strains of salt-tolerant bacteria which can grow well in high salinity environment are screened with the method of enrichment and dilution from the activated sludge in epoxy wastewater and municipal sewage treatment plants.The salt-tolerant strains are identified by molecular biology.The growth curve and degradation characteristics of the salt-tolerant strains are investigated.The results show that the three salt-tolerant strains are X1 Alcaligenes,X2 Pseudomonas and X3 Bacillus,respectively.The combined strains are used to treat wastewater with salinity of 5%-8%after Fenton pretreatment.Furthermore,the highest COD removal efficiency is achieved.The best ratio of the three salt-tolerant strains is V(X1)∶V(X2)∶V(X3)=2∶2∶3,the best dosage is 10%,the reaction time is 24 h under the condition of pH 7,37℃.
