摘 要:热力发电机组凝结水是锅炉给水的重要部分。但凝结水的复杂性决定了其发生污染的几率要远大于给水、蒸汽等。凝结水发生污染后会引起机组热力设备结垢、腐蚀、积盐,原因也较复杂。对凝结水污染原因进行分析,建立了凝结水污染诊断模型,用该模型并结合数据库中存储的凝结水数据可以确定污染因子。通过实例验证了污染模型可快速准确查找污染因子,保证机组水汽品质合格,从而达到机组安全稳定运行的目的。Condensate of the thermal generating set is an important part of the boiler feed water.However,the com-plexity of condensate determines that the probability of pollution is much higher than that of feed water and steam.The fouling,corrosion and salt deposit of thermal equipment can be caused by the pollution of condensate,and the reasons are complicated.Based on the analysis of the causes of condensate pollution,a diagnosis model of condensate pollution is established.The pollution factor can be determined by combining the model and with the condensate data stored in the database.It is proved by an example that the pollution model can quickly and accurately find out the po-llution factors and ensure the water vapor quality,so as to achieve the safe and stable operation of the set.
