摘　　要：我国造纸行业在改革开放以来,特别是近20年里,创新步伐的不断加快为我国造纸行业的发展赋能,引领着行业走向高质量发展。据不完全统计,改革开放后,造纸行业共获得国家科学技术进步奖一等奖4项;进入21世纪以来,造纸行业共获得国家技术发明奖二等奖6项、国家科学技术进步奖二等奖14项。造纸行业是轻工业40多个行业中获得国家科技奖励最多的行业之一。"The prosperity of science and technology represents the prosperity of the country,and the strength of innovation promotes the strength of the nation.In 2019,fruitful achievements have been achieved in China's science and technology field,and a number of internationally advanced results have emerged.We also accelerated the integration of new-generation information technology and the real economy.The step of mass entrepreneurship and innovation goes deeper and deeper,and new economic drivers continues to grow."Premier Li Keqiang said at his speech on the National Science and Technology Awards Conference.In the past two decades since the reform and opening up,China's paper industry has achieved many innovative results by promoting innovation and the integration of research and application.The pace of innovation is accelerating,which has also empowered highquality development of China's paper industry.
