摘  要:针对非循环式液固流化床换热器应用于冷却结晶或冷冻淡化领域传热系数难以确定的问题,在单管流化床实验台上,采用圆柱形珠子进行了大量实验,研究了不同空隙率下床层压降和传热系数的变化规律。发现液固流化床与光管换热器相比,传热系数可以提高4倍左右。床层压降随空隙率的减小而增大,传热系数随空隙率的减小不是简单的线性相关关系。空隙率为0.84时,床层压降适中,且传热系数较大。In view of the problem that the heat transfer coefficient of the non-circulating liquid-solid fluidized bed heat exchanger is difficult to be determined in the field of cooling crystallization or freeze desalination,a large number of experiments were carried out on the single-tube fluidized bed using cylindrical beads.The variation law of the pressure drop and the heat transfer coefficient at different void ratio was studied.It was found that the heat transfer coefficient of the liquid-solid fluidized bed can be increased by about 4 times compared with the smooth pipe heat exchanger.The pressure drop increases with the decrease of the void ratio.And the heat transfer coefficient is not a simple linear correlation with the void ratio.When the void ratio is 0.84,the pressure drop is moderate,and the heat transfer coefficient is large.
