摘 要:溶解度、介稳区宽度及诱导期是工业生产氯化钾过程中的重要参数。利用在线监测系统动态法测定了氯化钾的溶解度,并采用Apelblat方程对其溶解度数据进行了拟合。探讨了不同类型的表面活性剂以及含量对氯化钾结晶介稳区宽度的影响以及在不同过饱和度下表面活性剂对氯化钾结晶诱导期的影响。结果表明:Apelblat方程能对氯化钾溶解度数据很好地拟合;三种不同类型的表面活性剂都使氯化钾结晶介稳区宽度变宽;阴、阳离子表面活性剂随着含量的增大,介稳区变宽,而非离子表面活性剂含量对介稳区宽度影响不大;随着过饱和度的增大,结晶诱导期的时间变短并结合诱导期数据计算了固液界面张力γ值。Solubility,metastable zone width and induction period are important parameters in the process of industrial production of potassium chloride.The solubility of potassium chloride in carnallite was measured by on-line monitoring system,and the solubility data was fitted by Apelblat equation.The effects of different surfactants and content on the metastable zone width of potassium chloride in carnallite,and the effects of surfactants on the induction period under different supersaturation were investigated.The results showed that the Apelblat equation can fit well to the solubility of potassium chloride;Three surfactants broadened the width of the metastable zone;When the content of anionic and cationic surfactants is increased,the metastable zone width is also broadened.However,the content of non-ionic surfactant has little effect on the metastable zone width.As the supersaturation increases,the crystallization induction period becomes shorter and the solid-liquid interfacial tensionγvalue was calculated by combining the induction period data.
