摘  要:盐生杜氏藻(Dunaliella Salina)简称盐藻,它是一种单细胞微藻,细胞直径为10μm^15μm,公司采收工序负责每年8万m 3盐藻藻液的分离、浓缩、干燥、包装任务,在这个过程中,由于盐藻细胞的特殊性和分离设备的局限性,造成藻液分离不彻底,部分藻细胞随回水流失。按照1 m 3盐藻藻液产出82 g盐藻干粉,年生产周期约190 d,每天采收480 m 3藻液计算,每天可生产盐藻干粉39.36 kg,而实际平均每天生产干粉36.21 kg,生产回收率为92%。重新将三足离心机离心液回收,利用311碟片离心机再次分离,使得盐藻干粉回收率明显提高,共实际多回收盐藻干粉185 kg,采收率提高3.4%,实现了国内首次利用藻液分离机器进行藻糊分离液再次分离回收。Dunaliella Salina is a kind of single cell microalgae with cell diameter of 10μm^15μm.The company's harvesting process is responsible for the separation,concentration,drying and packaging of 80000 m 3 of alginate solution every year.In this process,due to the particularity of alginate cells and the limitations of separation equipment,the separation of alginate solution is not complete,and some alginate cells are lost with the return water.According to the annual production cycle of about 190d,82g dry algal salt powder is produced by 1 m 3 of algal salt liquor,and 480 m 3 algal liquor is collected every day,39.36kg dry algal salt powder can be produced every day,but the actual average daily production of dry powder is 36.21 kg,and the production recovery rate is 92%.The centrifugal liquid of the tripod centrifuge was recovered again,and the 311 liquid separator was used to separate again,so that the recovery rate of the dried salt algae powder was significantly improved.The actual recovery rate of the dried salt algae powder was 185 kg,and the recovery rate was increased by 3.4%,which realized the first separation and recovery of the separation liquid of the algae paste by the algae liquid separation machine in China.
