摘  要:利用相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析等方法,对16份大豆品种的种皮色素含量及其与种皮色的关系进行比较研究。结果表明,大豆种皮的花色苷含量、原花青素含量、总黄酮含量、类胡萝卜素含量、叶绿素含量、亮度L值、色度成分a值、色度成分b值和色度C值均在不同种皮色大豆间存在显著差异;大豆种皮花色苷含量、原花青素含量和总黄酮含量3个指标间均呈极显著正相关关系,类胡萝卜素含量与原花青素含量、叶绿素含量呈显著正相关关系,种皮亮度与花色苷含量、原花青素含量、总黄酮含量和类胡萝卜素含量均呈显著负相关,种皮色度与花色苷含量、原花青素含量和总黄酮含量也均呈显著负相关;主成分分析中的前4个主成分方差累积贡献率达95.92%;聚类分析将大豆品种分为4个类型;黑色种皮大豆的花色苷、原花青素、总黄酮和类胡萝卜素的含量最高,绿色种皮的花色苷、原花青素、总黄酮、类胡萝卜素和叶绿素的含量均最低。研究结果可为大豆种皮色素的发掘提供帮助。Correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to study seed coat pigment content and the relationship between seed coat color and seed coat pigment content of 16 soybean varieties.The results showed that the anthocyanin conten,proanthocyanidin content,total flavonoid content,carotenoid content,chlorophyll content,brightness L,chroma component a,chroma component b and chroma C were significantly different between soybeans of different seed coats.There were significantly positive correlations between the anthocyanin content,proanthocyanidins and total flavonoids in soybean seed coats,and the carotenoid content were significantly positive correlation with proanthocyanidin content and chlorophyll content,while seed coat brightness were significantly negatively correlation with anthocyanin content,proanthocyanidin content,total flavonoid content and carotenoid content,and the seed coat color were significantly negatively correlation with anthocyanin content,proanthocyanidin content and total flavonoid content.Principal component analysis was performed to select the first four principal components and their cumulative contribution of variance accounted for 95.92%.16 soybean varieties were divided into 4 types by cluster analysis.The black seed coat soybean varieties had the highest content of anthocyanins,proanthocyanidins,total flavonoids and carotenoids,and the green seed coat soybean had the lowest content of anthocyanins,proanthocyanidins,total flavonoids,carotenoids and chlorophyll.This study results will provide to help for the excavation of soybean seed coat pigments.
