生物质炭对2,4-D丁酯胁迫下谷子生理特性的影响

摘  要:为探索生物质炭缓解除草剂2,4-D丁酯药害的生理机制,以张杂谷10号和晋谷21号为试验材料,研究单独施用生物质炭及生物质炭与除草剂2,4-D丁酯配施对谷子叶片光合色素、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白质含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明,随着生物质炭施用量的增加,谷子叶片光合色素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量以及SOD、POD活性均呈先增加后降低的变化趋势,MDA含量呈先降低后增大的变化趋势,与B0(CK)处理相比,施用2%(B2)生物质炭处理对谷子生理特性影响的效果最为明显;在B2处理下,随着2,4-D丁酯浓度的增加,谷子叶片的光合色素含量降低,SOD、POD活性呈先增大后降低的变化趋势,而MDA含量呈逐渐升高的变化趋势。施用一定量的生物质炭对作物生长具有积极的作用,可以缓解除草剂2,4-D丁酯的药害。To explore the physiological mechanism of biochar for alleviating the damage of herbicide 2,4-D butyl ester,using Zhangzagu 10 and Jingu 21 as experimental materials,the paper studied the effects of biochar and biochar combined with herbicides on photosynthetic pigment,MDA and soluble protein content,SOD,POD activities in millet leaves.The results showed that with the increase of biochar application,the photosynthetic pigment content,SOD,POD activity and soluble protein content of millet leaves increased first and then decreased,and MDA content decreased first and then increased.Compared with B0(CK),the effect of applying 2%(B2)biochar on millet was the most obvious.Under the treatment of B2,with the increase in 2,4-D butyl ester concentration,the photosynthetic pigment content decreased,SOD and POD activities increased first and then decreased,and MDA content increased.Application of a certain amount of biochar has a positive effect on crop growth and can alleviate the phytotoxicity of the herbicide 2,4-D butyl ester.
