摘  要:为深入研究UV-B对谷子光合等生理生化指标及米色的影响,对不同UV-B辐射强度下谷子叶片及米色的响应进行测定。以吨谷、沁黄2号2个谷子品种为试验材料,采用紫外分光光度法测定不同强度UV-B辐射对谷子叶片中光合色素、CAT、POD、SOD、MDA等的影响,用色差仪对小米米色进行测定,并用液相色谱法对类胡萝卜素含量与成分进行分析。结果表明,吨谷与沁黄2号的UV-B+处理组类胡萝卜素含量均先略上升,20 d后持续下降,叶绿素含量变化同类胡萝卜素含量变化具一致性;吨谷UV-B-处理组类胡萝卜素与叶绿素含量均处于下降趋势,30 d后二者均显著低于对照组,沁黄2号UV-B-处理组2个色素含量均呈先上升,20 d后持续下降趋势。吨谷与沁黄2号UV-B+处理组SOD、POD活性均随时间增加逐渐升高,而UV-B-处理组SOD与POD活性变化不规律;随着处理时间的增加,吨谷与沁黄2号UV-B+与UV-B-处理组MDA含量都呈升高趋势,且2个品种的UV-B+和UV-B-处理组CAT变化趋势相似,均呈先降低后升高。吨谷与沁黄2号UV-B-处理组的L^*、a^*、b^*值均低于对照组,且类胡萝卜素成分及含量也较对照组下降。研究结果可为今后培育富含类胡萝卜素谷子品种,提高小米品质奠定基础。To study the effect of UV-B on physiological indexes such as photosynthesis and beige of millet,the responses of millet leaves and beige under different UV-B radiation intensity were measured in this study.The effects of different intensity UV-B radiation on photosynthetic pigment,CAT,POD,SOD,MDA in millet leaves were measured by UV spectrophotometry with two varieties of millet(Dungu and Qinhuang 2).The beige of millet was determined by colorimeter,and the content and composition of carotenoids were analyzed by HPLC.The results showed that the carotenoid content of UV-B+treatment groups in the Dungu and Qinhuang 2 increased slightly first,then continued to decrease after 20 d,and the chlorophyll content was consistent with similar carotenoids.Both carotenoids and chlorophyll of Dungu and Qinhuang 2 in the UV-B-treatment group were on a downward trend all the time,and both were significantly lower than the control group after 30 d.The pigment content in the UV-B-treatment group with Qinhuang 2 increased first,and both showed a continuous downward trend after 20 d.The activities of SOD and POD of UV-B+treatment group in Dungu and Qinhuang 2 increased gradually with time,while the change of SOD and POD activities in the UV-B-treatment group was irregular.With the increase of the treatment time,the MDA content of UV-B+and UV-B-treatment group in Dungu and Qinhuang 2 showed an increasing trend.In addition,the variation trend of CAT in the two varieties of UV-B+and UV-B-treatment groups was similar,and they tended to decrease first and then increase.The values of L^*,a^*and b^*of UV-B-treatment group in the Dungu and Qinhuang 2 were all lower than those in the control group,and the composition and content of carotenoid were all lower than those in the control group.The research results can lay a foundation for cultivating carotenoid-rich millet varieties and improving the quality of millet.
