摘 要:桑树是我国重要的经济树种。通过研究富硒光合菌肥不同施用方法对桑树生长、发芽数及含硒量的影响,以筛选出适合桑树生长的富硒光合菌肥的施用方法。结果显示,清水(CK)处理桑树的发芽数为(89.20±16.13)个,株高为(1.36±0.03)m,叶片数为(49.00±4.00)片,叶片干质量为(5.65±0.10)g,含硒量为(0.88±0.03)μg/g;叶面喷施处理的发芽数为(194.20±18.54)个,株高为(1.49±0.02)m,叶片数为(83.00±4.00)片,叶片干质量为(9.15±0.17)g,含硒量为(1.01±0.05)μg/g;灌根处理的发芽数为(138.70±25.05)个,株高为(1.53±0.01)m,叶片数为(65.00±4.00)片,叶片干质量为(7.95±0.10)g,含硒量为(0.97±0.02)μg/g。结果表明,叶面喷施处理对桑树生长的促进作用明显高于灌根处理。Mulberry is an important economic tree species in China.In this paper,the effects of different application methods of selenium-rich photosynthetic bacterial fertilizer on the growth,germination and selenium content of mulberry trees were carried out,and the application method of selenium-rich photosynthetic fertilizer suitable for mulberry growth was screened out.The results showed that the germination number of mulberry trees in the clear water treatment(CK)was 89.20±16.13,the plant height was(1.36±0.03)m,the number of leaves was 49.00±4.00,the dry quality of leaves was(5.65±0.10)g,and the selenium content was(0.88±0.03)μg/g.The number of germination in the foliar spray treatment was 194.20±18.54,the plant height was(1.49±0.02)m,the number of leaves was 83.00±4.00,the dry quality of the leaves was(9.15±0.17)g,and the selenium content was(1.01±0.05)μg/g.The number of germination in the root filling treatment was 138.70±25.05,the plant height was(1.53±0.01)m,the number of leaves was 65.00±4.00,the dry quality of leaves was(7.95±0.10)g,and the selenium content was(0.97±0.02)μg/g.The results showed that the effect of the foliar spray treatment on the growth of mulberry trees was significantly higher than that of the root-filling treatment.
