浴足方对高血压病患者血压、血同型半胱氨酸、超敏C-反应蛋白水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察浴足方对高血压病患者血压、血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法:选取126例高血压病患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组62例和对照组64例。治疗组给予浴足方联合常规西医疗法治疗,对照组采用温水沐足联合常规西医疗法治疗,2组均治疗2周。评价2组血压控制效果,观察治疗前后Hcy、hs-CRP水平的变化。结果:治疗组和对照组血压控制总有效率分别为95.16%、79.69%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组Hcy水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),治疗组Hcy水平比对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组hs-CRP水平均较治疗前下降,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:浴足方对高血压病的血压控制效果较好,能降低患者的Hcy水平,可能为降血压的作用机理之一。Objective:To observe the effect of foot bath prescription on the levels of blood pressure,blood homocysteine(Hcy)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 126 cases of patients with hypertension were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,62 and 64 cases in each group respectively.The treatment group was given foot bath prescription combined with routine western medicine therapy,and the control group was treated with food bathing with warm water combined with routine western medicine therapy.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The effect of blood pressure control in the two groups was evaluated,and the changes of the levels of Hcy and hs-CRP before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate of blood pressure control was 95.16%in the treatment group and 79.69%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Hcy levels in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease of Hcy level in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP levels in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05);there was no significant difference being found in the comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of foot bath prescription has good effect on blood pressure control with hypertension and can reduce the Hcy level of patients,which can be one of the mechanisms of lowering blood pressure.
