中药熏洗联合妙思乐润肤霜治疗儿童特应性皮炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏洗联合妙思乐润肤霜治疗儿童特应性皮炎的疗效。方法:将特应性皮炎患儿280例随机分为对照组和观察组各140例。对照组外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏和妙思乐润肤霜。观察组在对照组基础上给予中药熏洗。2组连续治疗2周。比较2组特应性皮炎皮损评分指数(SCORAD)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、皮肤屏障功能、疗效。结果:2组治疗后SCORAD、VAS评分降低(P<0.01);观察组治疗后SCORAD、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗后皮脂含量、角质层含水量升高,经皮水分丢失(TEWL)下降(P<0.01);观察组治疗后皮脂含量、角质层含水量多于对照组,TEWL少于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率为95.71%,显著高于对照组的88.57%(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合妙思乐润肤霜治疗儿童特应性皮炎可促进症状好转,改善皮肤屏障功能。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with mustela stelatopia emollient cream for atopic dermatitis in children.Methods:A total of 280 cases of children with atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,140 cases in each group.The control group was given the external application of hydrocortisone butyrate ointment and mustela stelatopia emollient cream;the observation group was additionally given Chinese herbal fumigation and washing based on treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two weeks.Scoring Atopic Dermatitis Index(SCORAD),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),skin barrier function and curative effect in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of SCORAD and VAS in the two groups were decreased(P<0.01);the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,sebum content and cuticle water content were increased and Transpidermal Water Loss(TEWL)was decreased in the two groups(P<0.01);sebum content and cuticle water content in the observation group were more than those in the control group,and TEWL was fewer than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 95.71%in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 88.57%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with mustela stelatopia emollient cream for atopic dermatitis in children can promote the improvement of symptoms and improve the skin barrier function.
