小儿消食颗粒联合针刺四缝穴治疗小儿厌食症疗效观察及对胃肠激素分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿消食颗粒联合针刺四缝穴治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效以及其对胃肠激素分泌的影响。方法:将101例患儿随机分为对照组50例和观察组51例,对照组给予益生菌调节肠道菌群治疗,观察组给予小儿消食颗粒联合针刺四缝穴治疗。观察比较2组治疗前后胃排空时间,2组治疗前后胃肠激素[胃窦胃泌素、血浆神经降压素(NT)和酪神经肽(NPY)]水平变化,并评价2组总体临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为92.2%,对照组为80.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患儿胃排空时间均较治疗前缩短(P<0.05),且观察组胃排空时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患儿胃窦胃泌素、NPY水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),NT水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且观察组上述各项胃肠激素水平改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:小儿消食颗粒联合针刺四缝穴治疗小儿厌食症,可明显缩短患儿胃排空时间,增加胃泌素分泌,疗效优于单纯肠道益生菌治疗。Objective:To observe theclinical effect of the therapy of Xiao’er Xiaoshi granules combined with acupuncture at Sifeng(EX-UE-10)for pediatric anorexia and its effect on gastrointestinal hormones secretion.Methods:A total of 101 children were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 and 51 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with probiotics to regulate the intestinal flora,and the observation group was treated with Xiao’er Xiaoshi granules combined with acupuncture at Sifeng(EX-UE-10).The gastric emptying time,the changes in the levels of gastrointestinal hormones including gastrin in the antrum,plasma neurotensin(NT),and casein neuropeptide(NPY),and the curative effect in the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 92.2%in the combination group and 80.0%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric emptying time in both groups was all shorter than that before treatment respectively(P<0.05),and the gastric emptying time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin in the antrum and NPY in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of NT were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the above levels in the observation group were improved more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Xiao’er Xiaoshi granules combined with acupuncture at(EX-UE-10)for pediatric anorexia,can significantly shorten the gastric emptying time and increase gastrin secretion,whose therapeutic effect is better than that of simple treatment with probiotics.
