润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法:将66例老年皮肤瘙痒患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各33例;对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予盐酸多塞平片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予润燥止痒胶囊治疗,疗程均为4周;评估2组临床疗效及不良发生反应情况,观察患者治疗前后瘙痒程度、瘙痒面积、瘙痒频率、瘙痒持续时间、睡眠、皮肤损伤程度及皮肤干燥程度的变化。结果:总有效率观察组为93.94%,对照组为72.73%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周,观察组瘙痒程度、瘙痒频率、瘙痒持续时间、瘙痒睡眠等相关症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周,2组患者皮损伤厚度均较治疗2周时有所下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周,治疗组皮肤干燥评分较2周时明显下降(P<0.05),且评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2、4周,对照组皮肤干燥评分变化不大(P>0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为9.09%,对照组为33.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症疗效显著,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Runzao Zhiyang capsules for senile pruritus.Methods:A total of 66 cases of patients with senile pruritus were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,33 cases in each group.Based on the general treatment,the control group was additionally given doxepine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Runzao Zhiyang capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were evaluated,and the changes of pruritus degree,pruritus area,pruritus frequency,sleep,duration and degree of skin injury and skin dryness before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 93.94%in the observation group and 72.73%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment,the scores of relevant indexes including pruritus degree,frequency,duration,pruritus area and sleep in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment,the thicknesses of skin injury in the two groups were decreased when compared with those after two weeks of treatment,but there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After four weeks of treatment,the score of skin dryness in the treatment group was significantly decreased when compared with that after two weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and the score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After two and four weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the score of skin dryness in the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.09%in the observation group and 33.33%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Runzao Zhiyang capsules has significant curative effect in treating senile pruritus with few adverse reactions,whi
