早期中医康复护理干预对创伤性颅脑损伤患者神经功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察早期中医康复护理干预对创伤性颅脑损伤患者神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取60例创伤性颅脑损伤患者,根据随机数字表法分为2组,对照组30例采用常规护理干预,观察组30例采用早期中医康复护理干预。对比2组干预前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、记忆商(MQ)及生活质量评分。结果:干预后,2组NIHSS评分降低,MQ评分、各项生活质量评分均升高(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组NIHSS评分较对照组下降,MQ评分较对照组升高,心理功能、物质功能、日常生活功能及社会功能方面的生活质量评分均较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期中医康复护理干预创伤性颅脑损伤效果显著,可改善患者神经功能及认知功能,提高其生活质量,促进患者预后。Objective:To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention of Chinese medicine on neurological function and quality of life in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with traumatic brain injury were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention of Chinese medicine.Before and after intervention,the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),memory quotient(MQ)and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of NIHSS in the two groups were decreased,and the scores of MQ and each index of quality of life were increased(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of NIHSS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of MQ and quality of life including psychological function,material function,activities of daily life and social function were all obviously higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing intervention of Chinese medicine has significant effect in treating traumatic brain injury,which can improve neurological function,cognitive function and quality of life,and promote the prognosis of patients.
