摘 要:对装设电压-时间型FTU且频繁发生瞬时故障的配电线路进行研究,文章提出一种闭锁保护方法,即配电网主干线上FTU闭锁定值按照一定时间内出现瞬时故障的次数进行整定。当出现瞬时故障时,流经故障电流的各分段开关FTU达到定值时启动闭锁保护,将分段开关闭锁在分闸位置,将瞬时故障隔离,有效避免了短时间内因频繁瞬时故障导致开关频繁跳闸,减少对一次设备的损伤,提高了客户的用电感受。This paper studies the distribution lines with voltage-time FTU and frequent instantaneous faults,and proposes a blocking protection method.The blocking value of FTU on the main line of distribution network is adjusted according to the number of instantaneous faults within a certain time.In the case of a instantaneous fault,when the FTU of each section switch through which the fault current flows reaches a fixed value,FTU activates the blocking protection,blocks the section switches in the opening position,and isolates the instantaneous fault,effectively avoiding frequent trips of the switch due to frequent instantaneous faults in a short time,reducing the damage to primary equipment,and improving the customer's electricity experience.
