摘 要:目的对脑卒中后身体活动障碍量表(the Barriers to Physical Activity after Stroke scale,BAPAS)进行汉化,并进行信效度评价,为脑卒中后身体活动障碍评估提供一种新的简便的测量工具。方法采用便利抽样方法,抽取辽宁省锦州医科大学两所附属医院脑卒中333例患者为研究对象,应用SPSS20.0和AMOS22.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果量表的内容效度指数为0.914,验证性因子分析显示:χ^2/df=2.336,CFI=0.940,GFI=0.927,AGFI=0.899,NFI=0.900,TLI=0.928,IFI=0.940,RMSEA=0.063,标准化模型回归系数为0.54~0.88。条目与总分Pearson相关系数为0.542~0.680,内部一致性Cronbach’α系数为0.870,分半信度为0.872,重测信度为0.828。结论中文版BAPAS信效度良好,可用于评价我国脑卒中后患者身体活动障碍。Objective To translate the English version of the Barriers to Physical Activity after Stroke scale(BAPAS)into Chinese,to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of BAPAS,and to provides a new and simple measurement tool for physical activity disorder assessment after stroke.Methods A total of 333 patients with stroke in two affiliated hospitals of Jinzhou Medical University in Liaoning Province were selected by convenient sampling method.The data was analyzed by SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 22.0.Results The content validity index of the scale was 0.914.Confirmatory factor analysis showed tahtχ^2/df=2.336,CFI=0.940,GFI=0.927,AGFI=0.899,NFI=0.900,TLI=0.928,IFI=0.940,RMSEA=0.063,and the regression coefficient of the standardized model was 0.54-0.88.The Pearson correlation coefficient between the item and the total score was 0.542 to 0.680,the total Cronbach’αcoefficient of the scale was 0.870,the split-half reliability was 0.872,and the test-retest reliability was 0.828.Conclusion The Chinese version of the Barriers to Physical Activity after Stroke scale has good reliability and validity,and it can be used to evaluate physical activity barriers in stroke patients in China.
