摘　　要：选用HMC703LP4E小数频率综合器与专门设计的有源环路滤波器和商用VCO构成了步进扫描数字锁相环,改进了调频连续波的调频带宽稳定性和调频线性度。对设计的电路进行了制作和测试,实验结果表明在-30^+70℃温度范围内,调频信号的稳定度达到了1×10^-6,调频线性度接近于1.0,相位噪声为-90 dBc/Hz/10 kHz。A HMC703LP4E fractional synthesizer was combined with custom-designed active loop filter and commercial VCO to construct a digital step-scan phase-locked loop(PLL)in this paper,the bandwidth stability and linearity of frequency modulation continuous wave were improved.The de signed circuit was constructed and tested.The measurement results show that within the temperature range of-30^+70℃,the frequency stability vs temperature reaches 1×10^-6,the frequency linearity is close to 1.0,and the phase noise is-90 dBc/Hz/10 kHz.
