摘 要:介绍了一款L波段隔离滤波组件的设计方法,通过带线结型隔离器和低通LC滤波器进行组合设计实现对发射机二次和三次谐波杂散的有效抑制,同时采用耐功率设计,大幅提升了隔离滤波组件的功率容量。借助AWR和HFSS仿真软件,建立了隔离滤波组件一体化仿真平台,有效提高了组件设计小型化与精准性。测试结果表明,在L波段,组件的正向损耗为0.39 dB(常温)、0.45 dB(-40^+85℃),平均承受功率≥500 W,峰值功率为2500 W,二次谐波抑制达到65 dBc。A design method of an L-band assembly of isolator and filter was introduced.Through the combination design of one stripline junction isolator and a low pass LC filter,the effectively high attenuation to the second and third harmonic spurious emission was realized,at the same time,using high power design,the assembly's power handling was greatly improved.An integration simulation platform of isolator and filter assembly was set up by using AWR and HFSS simulation software,and the assembly design size was effectively decreased with accuracy improved.The test results show that in L-band,the insertion loss of the assembly is 0.39 dB(room temperate),0.45 dB(-40^+85℃),average input power handling≥500 W,peak input power is 2500 W,and attenuation at second har monic reaches 65 dBc.
