摘 要:目的:比较运用2种方法内收上前牙后,成人骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者上颌尖牙旋转及牙槽骨形态的改变。方法:选择符合纳入标准的30例患者,其中15例拔牙治疗,15例非常规拔牙治疗,对所有受试者进行术前术后CBCT影像扫描,分别对其上颌双侧尖牙正畸治疗前后牙槽骨厚度、牙槽骨高度及尖牙牙根旋转范围、尖牙牙根旋转距离进行测量。利用SPSS 23.0统计软件,对治疗前后的CBCT数据进行统计分析。结果:骨性Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形拔牙矫治与非常规拔牙矫治后,上颌尖牙牙槽骨厚度、牙槽骨高度及尖牙牙根旋转范围和旋转距离变化均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:与非常规拔牙矫治比较,拔牙矫治后,尖牙更加直立,牙根的移动范围更大,唇侧牙槽骨吸收更多,而远中牙槽骨高度增加。Objective:To compare the changes of alveolar bone morphology in maxillary bilateral canine region of adult subjects with skeletal class II malocclusion after treatment by two methods.Methods:30 patients were included.Among them,15 were treated with extraction,and 15 patients were treated with unconventional extraction orthodontics therapy.CBCT images were obtained before and after treatment.Alveolar bone thickness and height,the rotation range and the rotation distance of canine root were measured before and after orthodontic treatment.CBCT data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 statistical software.Results:There were significant differences in alveolar bone thickness and height,the rotation range of canine root and the rotation distance of canine root between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the unconventional extraction,the extraction orthodontic treatment may induce more upright position of the canine,wider movement of the root,more absorption of the labial side of alveolar bone,and increase of the alveolar bone height of the distal side.
