摘 要:基于生物质热解理论,运用实验手段对松木屑在CeCl3催化作用下的热解失重特性进行探讨,应用阿伦尼乌斯公式和Coats-Redfern积分法理论拟合计算得到CeCl3催化作用下的热解反应动力学参数。采用热解管式炉对催化作用下的热解产物产率进行实验分析,实验过程以N2作为保护气氛,热解升温速率20℃/min、终温600℃,并考察催化剂添加量对热解效果的影响。实验结果表明,CeCl3对松木屑的热解具有显著催化作用,CeCl3能显著降低木屑的热解活化能,降低热解初温,使热解失重峰向低温移动,促进结炭反应,提高产炭率并且降低焦油产率,终温为600℃时,8%的CeCl3含量对松木屑催化热解效果最好,焦油产率下降10.36%,而焦炭产率提升9.25%。Based on the theory of biomass pyrolysis,the weight loss characteristics of pine wood sawdust under CeCl3 catalysis is studied by means of experimental method. Pyrolysis reaction kinetics parameters are obtained with using the Arrhenius formula and Coats-Redfern integral theory under the catalysis of CeCl3. Yield of catalytic pyrolysis products is experimentally analyzed using tube furnace. Using N2 as the protective atmosphere,the pyrolysis rate is 20 ℃/min and the final temperature is 600 ℃. The effect of the catalyst addition on the pyrolysis effect is investigated. The experimental results show that CeCl3 can catalyze pyrolysis of pine wood chips,and significantly reduce the activation energy of wood sawdust,so that the initial temperature of pyrolysis is reduced. The pyrolysis weight loss peak is moved to lower temperature region,the carbonization reaction is promoted,the carbon yield is increased and the tar yield is reduced. When the final temperature is 600 ℃,the CeCl3 content of 8% is the best for the pyrolysis of pine wood,the tar yield is decreased by 10.34%,while the coke yield is increased by 9.25%.
