摘　　要：科技金融综合服务平台是我国科技金融发展到一定阶段的必然产物,它符合创新过程和合作过程复杂性的本质.科技金融平台实质上是一个平台生态系统,它既具备多边市场的一般特征,又有科技金融产业的特殊性.作为系统中介,数据是科技金融服务平台的基础和核心,而数据的缺失也是目前我国绝大多数科技金融服务平台服务效率低下的症结和生态化发展的瓶颈所在.平台应在多边市场中逐步沉淀业务数据,在此基础上运用前沿的金融科技手段,丰富数据化产品和服务,实现平台的生态化发展.The Sci-Tech finance platform is the necessary part of S&T finance growing in China.It accords w ith the nature of the complexity of the innovation and the cooperation among the different parties.The platform is the ecosystem actually for it has the general characteristics of the multi-lateral market,and also the particularity of s&.T financial industry.As the intermediary of the systems,data is the base and the core of the S&T financial service,also the crux of inefficiency and the bottleneck of ecological development for most platforms now adays.The platform should accumulate the business data in the multilateral market,and on this basis,enrich the data products and services using the frontier financial technology,and realize the ecological development ultimately.
