摘 要:为了抑制摇摆发动机伺服系统的谐振问题,开展了摇摆发动机谐振问题试验研究。利用频率特性试验方法测量了结构关键环节的响应特性,通过传递关系分析定位了主要结构薄弱位置,为结构改进提供了重要依据。改进后验证结果表明,谐振问题得到解决,系统性能提升明显,达到了控制设计指标要求。本研究可为其它摇摆发动机设计提供借鉴。Servo system resonance occurred during a swing engine test.The stability of the swing engine is related to the servo and structural elastic coupling.Structural elasticity is a key factor affecting stability.In order to solve this problem,a swing engine resonance test study is carried out.The response characteristics of the key parts of the structure are obtained by the frequency characteristic test.The weak position of the structure is determined through the analysis of transfer relations,which provides important basis for the design improvement.The test results of the modified structure show that the resonance problem is solved.The performance of the swing engine is improved obviously,which meets the requirement of control design.This study has achieved good results and can provide reference for other swing engine design.
