摘　　要：基于公立医院改革背景下政府出台的医疗服务价格分级、分类管理的相关政策,以广东省大型肿瘤专科医院作为样本,探索公立医院医疗服务价格项目相应的内部分类管理办法。结果发现,公立医院在进行医疗服务价格项目分类管理时,应根据医疗服务价格项目的管理目标及特点,采用不同的管理流程及定价方法;须平衡项目的经济效应和社会效应,制定相应的标准、规范和程序。To explore the internal classification management methods of medical service price items in public hospitals based on the relevant policies of the classification and classification management of medical service price items issued by the government un der the background of public hospital reform.Different management processes and pricing methods should be adopted according to the management objectives and characteristics of medical service pricing while processing classification management of medical ser vice price items in public hospitals.It needs to balance the economic effect and social effect of medical service price items,and for mulate corresponding standards,norms and procedures.
