摘　　要：为解决目前医院在报账管理、资金管控、核算管理、会计档案管理存在的问题,在"大智移云物"等信息技术的推动下,文章采用"成熟软件+定制开发"的研发模式,构建了一个覆盖医院所有部门、全过程、职工便捷应用、横向业财融合、纵向分级管控、在线风险防控、价值全面体现、满足管理要求的全流程智慧财务系统。实现医院从报销到审批,从付款到档案的"自动化、智能化、精益化、管控化"全流程管理,推动了财务工作的精益高效,提升医院整体运营效能。To solve the existing problems of the reimbursement management,the supervision and control of funds and accounting management in hospitals.Driven by information technology such as“Da Zhi Yi Yun Wu”(Big Date,AI,MNET,Cloud Computing,IoT),the R&D mode of“the full-fledged software+customized development”is adopted to construct a full process intelligent finan cial system covering the application of all departments,full process,employee convenient application,transverse of the business and fi nancial affairs and complete longitudinal classification management,prevented and control over risks,embody value comprehensively and satisfy the management requirements.It realizes the management of the“automation,intelligence,refinement and control”in the full process from paying to recording,improves the refinement and effectiveness of financing work,and promoting the overall opera tion efficiency of the hospital.
