摘 要:以入侵植物互花米草为原材料通过化学改性的方法制备出磁性磺酸基吸附剂。利用红外光谱、X射线光能谱分析对吸附剂进行表征,以静态、动态吸附实验考察对Cu^2+的吸附性能。结果表明,吸附剂具有磁性,易于固液分离。静态吸附优化条件为:吸附剂投加量为2.0 g/L,pH为5,温度303 K,60 min达到吸附平衡,吸附量为9.62 mg/g。吸附过程为吸热过程,属于多分子层吸附。准2级动力学方程能更好地拟合MSMSA对Cu^2+吸附,计算所得的饱和吸附量与实验所得结果更为相近,323 K时饱和吸附量最大,为27.38 mg/g。重复3次吸附去除率仍大于93%,具有循环利用价值。动态穿透时间随填充柱柱高增高而增大,随溶液流量、Cu^2+含量的增大而减小。Magnetic sulfonic adsorbent was prepared by chemical modification method and the invasive plant of Spartina alterniflora as the raw material.The adsorbent was characterized by Fourier transform infrared and X-ray energy spectroscopy.The adsorption performance of Cu2+on adsorbent was explored by static and dynamic adsorption experiments.The result showed that the adsorbent was magnetic and easy to separate from liquid.The static adsorption optimization conditions were that the adsorbent dosage was 2.0 g/L,the pH was 5,the temperature was 303 K,and the time to reach the adsorption equilibrium was 60 min and the adsorption capacity was 9.62 mg/g.The adsorption of Cu2+was an endothermic process and belonged to multilayer adsorption.The pseudo-second-order adsorption kinetics equation could fitted the adsorption of Cu2+on MSMSA,which the calculated saturated adsorption amount was more similar to the experimental result.MSMSA had the highest saturated adsorption capacity for Cu2+at 323 K,which was 27.38 mg/g.After 3 repeated experiments,the removal rate was still higher than 93%,which proved that the adsorbent had recyclability.The breakthrough time of dynamic adsorption was extended with increase of bed height,and decreased with the increase of flow rate and Cu2+content.
