摘 要:采用一体化生物活性炭中试装置,探究4.0 mm和1.5 mm的柱状炭对污染物去除性能,择优选择作为装置目标炭进行人工挂膜。挂膜成功后,探究不同气水比条件下,装置污染物去除效果。结果表明,2种活性炭均有较高的COD去除率,且4.0 mm柱状活性炭运行稳定,无跑炭现象,利于生物膜的形成,为此次实验的目标炭。启动挂膜阶段,装置污染物去除率呈现先降低后逐步升高,最后趋于稳定;气水体积比2:1条件下,装置污染物去除效率较高,COD、NH4+^-N的平均去除率分别为79.5%、10.7%。NH4^+-N去除率均不高,可能与硝化细菌生长受限有关。An integrated biological activated carbon device was used to explore the pollutant removal performance by columnar charcoal of 4.0 mm and1.5 mm specifications,and the target carbon of the device was selected for artificial film-forming.After successful film formation,the removal efficiency of pollutants in the device was analyzed under different gas-water ratio conditions.The results showed that both activated carbons had high COD removal efficiency,4.0 mm of columnar activated carbon ran steadily without carbon running,which was beneficial to the formation of biofilm.Therefore,it was the target carbon for this experiment.The removal rate of pollutants in the start-up film-forming stage decreased first,then increased gradually,and finally stabilized.The removal rate of pollutants was higher under the condition of gas-water ratio of 2:1,the average removal rate of COD and NH4^+-N was 79.5% and 10.7% respectively.The NH4^+-N removal rate was not high,it might be related to the growth restriction of nitrifying bacteria.
