摘　　要：以马来西亚柔佛州新山市某填海人工岛的污水处理厂设计为例,介绍了固定化好氧生物膜(BioAX)与嵌入式固定化硝化菌载体(MBS)流化床反应器组合的新工艺。对该组合工艺的工艺流程、装置及设备进行了详细介绍。设计的污水处理厂采用了紧凑的半埋地结构,处理每吨污水的主处理构筑物占地约为0.193 m^2。实际运行结果表明,该组合式工艺在热带雨林气候下出水可达到GB 18918-2002的一级A标准。污水厂出水再经过人工湿地深度处理后,作为建筑物的绿化用水回用,起到了充分利用水资源和减少排放的效果。Taking the design of a sewage treatment plant(STP)in an artificial island in Johor Bahru,Johor,Malaysia as an example,a new process combining immobilized aerobic biofilm(BioAX)and embedded immobilized nitrifier carrier(MBS)fluidized bed reactor was introduced.The process flow,device and equipment of the combined process were introduced in detail.The designed sewage treatment plant adopted a compact semi buried structure,and the main treatment structure for treating one ton of sewage covered an area of about 0.193 m^2.The practical operation results showed that,the effluent of the combined process could reach the first level A standard of GB 18918-2002 under the tropical rainforest climate.The effluent of STP was further treated by constructed wetland,which could be reused as irrigation water for plants.The effluent of STP could make full use of water resources and reduce discharge.
