摘  要:为了提高埋地聚乙烯(PE)阀门密封性能检测结果的准确性,应用TRIZ创新理论对试验机的密封组件进行了深入分析和优化设计。通过功能及冲突矩阵分析,利用参数变化原理对密封圈进行优化,设计出适用于PE阀门密封的充气式密封圈,在此基础上完成了试验机的系统设计。为了验证改进后的试验机的检测效果,取同一批次的四种规格PE阀门,分别采用充气密封方式和轴向加压密封方式,进行密封性能检测试验。结果表明,相比于轴向加压密封采用充气密封的检测过程不对阀门造成破坏,不掩盖阀门的焊接缺陷,降低了误检率,提高了检测结果的准确性。Aiming at improving the accuracy of seal performance test results for buried polyethylene(PE)valves,the seal components of the test machine were analyzed and optimized by using the TRIZ innovation theory.Through functional analysis and conflict matrix analysis,the inflatable seal ring was designed by using the parameter variation principle,this inflatable seal ring was suitable for PE valve and then the system design of the test machine was completed.In order to check the test effect of the improved test machine,taking four specifications PE valves of the same batch conducted seal performance test.The test results show that the inflatable seal test machine could not damage the valve structure,could not conceal the weld defects,could reduce the false detection rate and improve the accuracy of test results.
