摘　　要：地耳草Hypericum japonicum为我国民间常用药用植物,全草入药,主要用于清热解毒、止血消肿,治疗急慢性肝炎以及肠胃紊乱等。从地耳草中得到的化合物类型主要有间苯三酚衍生物类、黄酮类、酮类、吡喃酮类及二肽等。现代药理活性研究表明,地耳草的提取物或次生代谢产物具有保肝护肝、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抑菌、抗疟和预防心血管疾病等多种药理活性。对近30多年来国内外地耳草化学成分和药理活性研究概况进行了综述,可以为进一步开发利用地耳草植物资源及相关新药研发提供理论依据和研究思路。The Chinese folk medicinal herb Hypericum japonicum, also known as Tianjihuang or Diercao in Chinese, has been widely used for clearing heat and removing toxin, hemostasis and detumescence, and for the treatment of acute and chronic hepatitis, and gastrointestinal disorders. In recent decades, several main types of chemical constituents such as phloroglucinols, flavonoids, xanthonoids, pyranones, and dipeptides have been reported. Modern pharmacology studies have shown that the extracts or secondary metabolites of the herb possess a variety of bio-activities such as hepatoprotective, antioxidant, anti-tumorous, antiviral, anti-bacterial, and anti-malarial activities as well as effects on cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, we presented the main metabolites and pharmacological activities of the plant in recent 30 years, which should be helpful for the further development and utilization of the herb resources of H. japonicum.
