摘　　要：[目的]总结分析刘颖教授针刺治疗慢性便秘的学术思想及临床经验。[方法]通过跟随刘颖教授临诊,收集刘颖教授临床针刺治疗慢性便秘的病例,对刘颖教授治疗慢性便秘的辨治方法、取穴思路的独特之处加以归纳总结,并列举验案一则以佐证。[结果]刘颖教授认为慢性便秘的病因病机主要是热结、气滞、寒凝、气血亏虚四方面,涉及经脉主要有胃经、脾经、肝经、膀胱经和任、督、阴跷与带脉,辨证时通过大便、兼症及舌脉情况辨虚实寒热及病变经脉,治疗上将患者按虚实分类,重视从带脉进行调节,强调疏调带脉经气;辨证选穴并配合大肠、胃或小肠的下合穴、募穴,以调畅腑气、补虚泻实;刺法以泻法或平补平泻为主。所举验案中患者诊断为便秘,辨为气秘证,治疗上以调节带脉为主,使其约束功能正常,联用大肠之下合穴及募穴以通降腑气,配太冲、气海、三阴交穴疏肝行气健脾,疗效良好。[结论]刘颖教授针刺治疗慢性便秘,辨证准确、选穴精当、思路清晰、疗效确切,值得进一步深入学习和推广应用。[Objective]To sum up and analyze Professor LIU Ying’s academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating chronic constipation by acupuncture.[Methods]By learning from Professor LIU Ying in clinical work,collecting cases of chronic constipation treated by Professor LIU Ying,Professor LIU Ying’s unique ideas of differentiation,treatment and acupoint selection in treating chronic constipation was summarized,and one case was enumerated as evidence.[Results]Professor LIU Ying believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic constipation are mainly heat accumulation,Qi stagnation,cold congealing and deficiency of Qi and blood.The meridians involved include stomach meridian,spleen meridian,liver meridian,bladder meridian,Ren channel,Du channel,Yinqiao channel and belt channel.While syndrome differentiating,deficiency and excess,cold and heat,combined with the pathological meridians can be identified by stool,concurrent symptoms and the appearance of tongue and pulse.During treatment,the patients should be classified according to the deficiency and the excess,the regulation of Qi of belt channel should be emphasized.The acupoints are selected according to the syndrome differentiation,combined with the lower confluent-front(Mu)points of large intestine meridian,stomach meridian or small intestine meridian,to regulate visceral Qi,tonify the deficiency and drainage the excess.The main acupuncture technique is reducing or mild reinforcing and reducing.The patient in the case was diagnosed as constipation,and syndrome differentiation was constipation of Qi.The main treatment was to regulate belt channel,combined with lower confluent-front(Mu)points of large intestine meridian to relieve visceral Qi,and Taichong,Qihai,Sanyinjiao points were chosen to soothing the liver,promoting Qi and tonifying the spleen.The case achieved good results after above treatment.[Conclusion]Professor LIU Ying’s clinical experience in treating chronic constipation by acupuncture is effective with accuracy on syndrome differentiation,
