摘　　要：文章通过对烟气氨法脱硫工艺的描述,分析氨法脱硫工艺中硫酸铵浆液的性质,针对此浆液腐蚀问题分析,指出硫酸铵结晶物脱水存在问题,通过现有脱水设备离心机存在腐蚀问题,创造性地将真空带式过滤机应用到氨法脱硫工艺硫酸铵结晶物脱水中,并取得了显著效果。In this article,the characteristics of ammonium sulfate slurry in ammonia flue gas desulfurization process are analyzed by describing the process of ammonia flue gas desulfurization.Aiming at the corrosion problem of the slurry,the problems of ammonium sulfate crystal dehydration are pointed out.Through the corrosion problem of centrifuge of existing dehydration equipment,vacuum belt filter is creatively applied to ammonium sulfate crystal dehydration in ammonia desulfurization process,and obvious results are obtained.
