摘 要:古今医家对胃食管反流病基本认识趋同,但对柴胡桂枝干姜汤证机多有阐述发挥。李振华教授重视肝脾,疏肝以理气滞,健脾以和气机,认为其病理因素多为气滞、湿、热,以柴胡桂枝干姜汤随症加减治疗。The Ancient and modern doctors have the same basic understanding of it, but they have more elaboration on the syndrome mechanism of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction. Professor LI Zhenhua’s treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) is based on his own prescription, focusing on the liver and spleen, regulating qi stagnation by soothing the liver, strengthening the spleen and harmonizing qi movement. He thinks that the pathological factors are mostly qi stagnation, dampness and heat, so as to play a role. And Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction is added and subtracted with the disease.
