摘　　要：陈玉超教授以中医"虚劳"理论为指导提出癌因性疲乏的病机以本虚为主,邪实为标。其本虚多归为心、肝、脾、肾的不足,标实则与气滞血瘀、络脉不通密切相关。脾虚毒蕴是其发病的起始,阴虚肝郁、心神暗耗是其加重的关键,肾精亏损是其缠绵难愈的根本,正虚失调,久病入络,气血瘀滞,形成本虚标实的复杂证候。治疗当以补宜为主,辨证采用益气健脾、养阴柔肝、养心安神、填补肾精的治疗法则,标实者可配合应用理气化瘀法并结合症状进一步化裁。对于慢性消耗性的疾病治疗不可急于求功,选方用药多采用性情平和之品,治疗当小攻小补,补大于攻,贵在坚持。Professor CHEN Yuchao, guided by the theory of asthenic disease in traditional Chinese medicine, puts forward that the pathogenesis of cancer related fatigue is deficiency in origins and excess in superficiality. The deficiency is attributed to the heart, liver, spleen and kidney, the excess is due to qi stagnation and blood stasis. Among them, spleen deficiency is the beginning of its onset. Yin deficiency cause the liver qi stagnation and the damage of heart-mind are the key to its aggravation. The loss of kidney essence is the root of its lingering dysfunction. The improper treatment of weakness of vital-qi, the chronic disease entering the collaterals and qi stagnation and blood stasis, finally, form a complex symptom of deficiency and excess. Take the method of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, nourishing yin to smoothing the liver, raising a heart to calm the nerves and filling the kidney essence, dialectically, to treatment the deficiency in origins. The method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis can be used to treat the superficial syndrome and the disease can be further treated combined with symptoms. Cancer related fatigue is a chronic disease, the treatment can not be rushed for success, the selection of medicines mostly use the products of peace temperament, the treatment should be minor attack and minor subsidy and subsidy greater than attack, Furthermore, the treatment of this disease depends on persistence.
