保胎饮治疗体外受精-胚胎移植后先兆流产

摘　　要：目的探讨张良英自拟方保胎饮治疗体外受精-胚胎移植后先兆流产的应用价值。方法将74例IVF-ET成功受孕后早期先兆流产患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各37例。2组均予常规黄体功能支持,观察组予保胎饮口服,对照组予西医保胎治疗,疗程结束对比2组治疗效果。结果观察组难免流产2例,对照组难免流产5例,2组总体疗效相当(P>0.05)。观察组阴道流血停止时间、腹痛缓解时间均明显短于对照组(均P <0.001)。观察组治疗后血清β-HCG、E2和P水平均较治疗前升高(均P <0.01),且血清三项指标水平均高于对照组(均P <0.01)。结论张良英自拟方保胎饮治疗IVF-ET后先兆流产疗效和单纯使用西药相当,在症状缓解、改善内分泌功能方面疗效突出。Objetive To explore the application value of Professor ZHANG Liangying’s Baotai yin in the treatment of threatened abortion after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods 74 cases of early threatened abortion after IVF-ET pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 37 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine luteal function support. Observation group was given Baotai yin orally, control group was given Western medical treatment, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups at the end of the course of treatment. Results There were 2 cases of inevitable abortion in the observation group and 5 cases of inevitable abortion in the control group. The overall effect of the two groups was similar(P>0.05). Vaginal bleeding stop time and abdominal pain relief time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001). After treatment, the serum levels of β-HCG, E2 and P in the observation group were higher than those before treatment(all P<0.01), and the serum levels of three indicators were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.01). Conclusion Professor ZHANG Liangying’s Baotai yin has the same effect on threatened abortion after IVF-ET as western medicine alone. It has prominent clinical value in relieving symptoms and improving endocrine function.
