摘　　要：抗日战争中,中共中央曾多次指示要注意加强城市工作。豫西抗日根据地建立后,对敌后重要城市洛阳展开了争夺。豫西抗日根据地在洛阳周边先后建立基层抗日民主政权,并对驻洛日军开展军事斗争。豫西抗日根据地对洛阳的工作,体现了抗战后期中共对城市工作的重视,以及围绕城市开展工作的基本概况。During the Anti Japanese War,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China repeatedly instructed and demanded to strengthen tasks in the cities.Soon after its establishment,the Western Henan Anti Japanese Base started to fight for Luoyang,the important city behind the enemy lines.The Base successively established the grass-roots anti Japanese democratic powers around Luoyang,and carried out the military struggle against the Japanese army stationed in Luoyang.The task engaged in Luoyang by the Anti Japanese Base in western Henan reflects that the Communist Party of China attached great importance to urban work in the later period of the Anti Japanese War,and to the basic situation of the work around the cities.
