摘　　要：盆架树(Winchia calophylla A.DC.)夹竹桃科盆架树属植物,为传统傣族药用植物,主要含有生物碱、糖苷类和三萜类等多种化学成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、舒张支气管、抗乙酰胆碱酯酶等药理活性。查阅近年来国内外有关文献,本文对盆架树化学成分及药理活性方面的研究成果进行了综述,以期为其药效物质基础、作用机制研究及开发利用提供理论依据。Winchia calophylla A.DC.is a traditional Dai medicinal plant.It mainly contains alkaloids,glycosides,and triterpenes and other chemical components.It has anti-tumor,antibacterial,diastolic bronchial,anti-acetylcholinesterase and other pharmacological activities.The related literature in recent years were consulted,and the research results of the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of W.calophylla were reviewed.It aims to provide a theoretical basis for its medicinal substance base,mechanism research and development and utilization.
