青心酮在医药领域的研究

摘　　要：青心酮化学名为3′,4′-二羟基苯乙酮,是从秃毛冬青叶中提取得到的化合物,具有抗血小板聚集、抗炎、抗氧化、扩张冠脉、改善血液循环、抗黑色素生成等生理活性,临床对冠心病心绞痛和妊娠高血压具有一定的疗效。本文对青心酮的合成、药理作用、毒理、药代动力学研究进行了概述。Qingxinketone,chemically known as 3′,4′-dihydroxyacetophenone,is isolated from a Chinese traditional herb,leaves of Ilex Pubescens Hook et Arn var glaber Chang.It has the activities of anti-platelet aggregation,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,dilating coronary arteries and improving blood circulation.It can effectively improve the clinical disease symptoms of patients of angina pectoris,pulmonary heart disease and pregnancy-induced hypertension in clinical research.This article summarizes the synthesis,pharmacology,toxicology and pharmacokinetics of 3,4-dihydroxyacetophenone.
