摘 要:针对下石节煤矿开采中面临的下煤层开采巷道的合理布置问题,在分析煤层的地质开采特征的基础上,通过离散元数值模拟软件,对3种不同地质开采条件下煤层开采底板应力和位移分布情况进行模拟,并模拟了不同巷道布置方式下的应力分布和变形特征。结果表明:一侧采空煤体、一侧采空4-2煤邻近采空区和两侧采空条件下巷道布置采用内错式最为合理,且最佳内错距离为20 m。采用此巷道布置方式时,巷道位于应力降低区,且巷道顶底板和左右两帮的变形很小,减小了支护难度。In view of the reasonable layout of the lower coal roadway in Xiashijie coal mine,based on the analysis of the geological characteristics of the coal seams,using the discrete element numerical simulation software,the stress and displacement distribution of the surrounding rock during the coal mining under three different geological mining conditions were simulated,and the stress distribution and deformation characteristics under different roadway layout were analyzed.The results show that it is the most reasonable to adopt internal staggered roadway layout mode under the conditions of one side goal,one side goaf of adjacent coal seam,and two sides goaf,and the optimal distance of internal staggered roadway is 20m.When the roadway is arranged in this way,the roadway is located in the stress reduction area,and the deformation of the roadway at all directions is very small,which reduces the difficulty of roadway support.
