我国饲用微生物标准体系存在的问题与改进建议

摘　　要：饲用微生物作为一类具有复合功效的绿色环保类添加剂,在我国的养殖业中发挥越来越大作用,但饲用微生物标准体系建设整体滞后,不同程度存在着标准品种不足、名称不统一、引用文件和技术要求不恰当、指标的描述不规范、指标体系设置不合理、无复合产品标准等问题。文章从加强菌种的工艺及功效研究、制定生产全程质量控制规范、实行食品安全标准体系一体化管理、建立饲用微生物产品的风险评估机制及标识管理等方面提出建议。The feed microorganism plays a more and more important role in China's breeding industry as a kind of green additive with compound effect.However,due to the backward construction of the standard system of feed microorganism,there are some problems in different degrees,such as insufficient standard varieties,inconsistent names,inappropriate references and technical requirements,nonstandard description of indicators,unreasonable setting of indicator system,and having not composite product standard.The suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening the research on the technology and efficacy of bacteria,formulating the whole process quality control standard,implementing the integrated management of food safety standard system,establishing the risk assessment mechanism and identification management of feed microbial products.
